At thelawgpt, we are committed to providing quality service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you can obtain a refund for your subscription.

In accordance with our Terms of Use, no refunds will be granted for partial months of service or unused features, except in the cases described below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund, without having to provide reasons.

3. Downgrading Subscription

In case of downgrading to a lower subscription, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period. However, any unused credits or prepaid amounts will be applied to your next subscription period.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the following period.
• No refund will be made for the remaining period, except exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscription.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

Major Technical Issues

In the event of a major service malfunction preventing its normal use for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, offer:

• A free extension of your subscription period
• A pro-rata refund for the affected period

Termination for Abuse

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use or abusive use of the service, no refund will be granted.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the right of withdrawal:

2. Indicate your login email address and subscription date
3. Confirm your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

We will process your request within 5 business days and the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used during subscription.

7. Free Plan

Since the free plan does not involve any payment, it is not subject to this refund policy.
